How to Use

• In a Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser for a focused, uplifting atmosphere.
• For Massage: Dilute 2-3 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and massage into temples, neck, or shoulders.
• In the Bath: Mix 5 drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil or bath base and add to warm water.
• Inhalation: Add 1–2 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapours under a towel.
• Blends well with: Sweet Marjoram, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Citronella, Lime, Mandarin and Geranium.

PRECAUTIONS: Basil essential oil should not be used during pregnancy. It may cause sensitization and must be used in moderation (dilutions of no more than 1%). Prolonged use should also be avoided.
