Delivery Information

Essential Oils Online Ltd will deliver to Mainland Britain only (excluding any islands), please see the note below.

We have several delivery options at present, please read these before calling about delivery times.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - From £3.50 - For a fast service other than the courier. We will send the order the same day if ordered before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) and Royal Mail will then usually deliver the item the next working day (excludes bank holidays or Sundays). (eg, if it is received Thursday at 12.30pm it will be sent on Friday and should be delivered on Saturday or Monday). Please note this is not a guaranteed service - choose Special delivery for that.

Royal Mail Economy Tracked - Free for orders over £25 or for orders under this amount from £2.00 for tracked non-urgent deliveries. These orders will be sent in approximately 1-2 working days. Being 2nd class it can then take approximately 2-3 days to be delivered, after being sent.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed Before 1pm. Order by 12 noon Monday to Thursday for a guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next day. If it is ordered before 12 noon Friday it will be sent but is not guaranteed for Saturday, just Monday (unless it's a bank holiday, then Tuesday).

Our Express Courier option - From £7.00 - This is a tracked courier service, using APC couriers (they may have a different local name). This service is a 24 hour courier service and the item will be sent the same day if the order is received before 12 noon (or sent the NEXT WORKING DAY, if the order is received after 12 noon) (eg, if it is received Thursday at 12.30pm it will be sent on Friday and be delivered on Monday between 8am and 5.30pm).

Our Economy Courier option - From £5.50, your order is sent in 3-5 working days.

For all courier deliveries, it is a tracked service, if it is not safe to leave, please leave special instructions when placing the order, eg, "if out, please leave with neighbour" or "please leave in porch/garage").

Please note the courier service does not deliver to the Scottish Highlands with the following postcodes AB37,38,41 to 56, FK19-21, IV1-37,40,63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH15-26,30-41,50.

If your order is over £25, the delivery is free and we will usually send the order to you by our Royal Mail Economy service in 3-5 days.

IMPORTANT: We no longer send orders with flammable essential oils over the sea due to the tighter restrictions on these liquids. I'm afraid this does include the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If the orders exclude any flammable essential oils that is OK.
