Lime essential oil is a favourite in aromatherapy for its uplifting, cleansing, and mood-enhancing properties. It's often used to boost energy, refresh the senses, and create a clean, invigorating atmosphere. Ideal for diffusers, massage blends, home cleaning recipes, or simply brightening your day.

How to Use

• In a Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser to create a clean, energising atmosphere.
• For Massage: Dilute 3–5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and massage into neck or shoulders.
• In the Bath: Mix 5 drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil or bath base, then swirl into warm water.
• Natural Cleaning: Add 10 drops to a spray bottle with vinegar and water for a fresh-smelling cleaner.

Blends well with: Lavender, Rosemary, Clary Sage, Lemon, Orange and Grapefruit.
