Cedarwood atlas essential oil can be very soothing to the skin and because of its woody undertones is often used in shaving oils and creams to soother overheated and irritated skin.
Pillow Spray Recipe:-
Mix 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 5 drops of chamomile, and 5 drops of cedarwood into 50ml of distilled water and a splash of witch hazel in a spray bottle. Shake and Spray!
