Organic Spearmint essential oil is a refreshing oil. It optimises healthy digestion and clears the head, especially while travelling. It is not as powerful as peppermint oil and can therefore be useful for children's problems.

Blends well with the following essential oils: Lavender, Jasmine, Basil, Rosemary and Eucalyptus.

PRECAUTIONS: Spearmint should not be used with homeopathic remedies. It is nontoxic, non-irritatant and non-sensitising.
