A fine example of Roman Chamomile Essential Oil, which was purchased directly from the English grower and distiller to ensure its purity and quality. Roman Chamomile/Camomile essential oil is wonderfully soothing and comforting and is often used to calm the nerves. It is especially useful for soothing sore and irritated skin.

Being milder than German Chamomile, it is often used with children and babies (under guidance) and many animals. It is often used before bedtime to help promote a restful night.

Blends well with these essential oils: Lavender, Jasmine, Rose Otto, Neroli, Clary Sage, Bergamot and Geranium. 

PRECAUTIONS: Some sources say Chamomile should be avoided during pregnancy. Generally very mild but has been known to cause irritation in some people.
