Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If an item in your basket needs to be removed, please click on the 'View Basket' button in the shop. When you see the basket, tick on the item to be removed and click the update button.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro or Solo payments securely online through Worldpay (Part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group).

If you prefer, Paypal can be chosen for most debit/credit card payments. Paypal members can choose this option and they will be directed to Paypal's secure server on the final stage of checkout.

We also accept cheque, postal order or cash (sent by recorded delivery) payments through the post. Please print a copy of the receipt and send it together with your payment (cheques made payable to Essential Oils Online Ltd) to the above address within 7 days of the order. Please note cheques will usually take 5 working days to clear.

All prices are in pounds sterling and transactions will be processed using the same currency.

Post and Packing
All our items will be sent by either Royal Mail (economy delivery) or a courier company with next working day delivery. Your items will be insured up to a value of £34.00. If the value of your goods are more than this, we would recommend you pay the extra premium to have the courier with full insurance. This will cover the whole value of the parcel (up to £1000) should there be any damage or loss. If your parcel is valued at over £27 and you do not choose extra insurance, Essential Oils Online can not be held responsible for the excessive amount if the parcel is lost or damaged. If you live in an area where extra insurance is not quoted, please contact us for and individual price.

All parcels sent via the courier service will be despatched on the next working day and will be delivered within 24hrs to mainland Britain, excluding the Scottish Highlands (any area above the line between Glasgow and Edinburgh - if you are not certain, please ask as there will be an excess charge).

If the items are sent by Royal Mail, they will be despatched within 5-7 working days and will then be sent by first or second class post (depending on how early we send it) or parcel post if this is chosen in the checkout.

All items will be packaged securely and a certificate of postage will be obtained.

At present all orders and deliveries are to the UK only, unless prior arrangement has been made with ourselves.

Delivery Schedule
All orders using our express courier service be despatched on the next working day and will be delivered the following day (excluding bank holidays and weekends). PLEASE NOTE: A signature will have to be obtained by the recipient unless you leave special delivery instructions with us when you place your order (ie. please leave in porch). We would recommend you choose an address where someone will be to sign for the delivery (unless instructions are given) and we will quite happily send orders to your place of work if it's more convenient. Deliveries will be between 8am and 4pm and if you are not in, and do not leave prior instructions with ourselves, the courier will place a card through your door. You will need to call them within 3 days and arrange another time for them to re-deliver (this must be to the same address). If it is re-delivered and you are still not there another card will be left and the item will then be returned to our address. If this is the case, you will need to pay the postage again for us to re-deliver the parcel to you.

If you have chosen Royal Mail for your postage the items will be despatched within 5-7 days, please see Royal Mail's website to see their estimated times of delivery. If the parcel is not delivered within 15 days, please advise us and we will be able to submit a claim 15 days after despatch. The Royal Mail will then investigate this for you and issue a cheque approximately 2-3 weeks later. We will not be able to refund any money or replace any goods until the Royal Mail has completed their investigations. If the item is returned by the Royal Mail marked 'not called for' you will need to pay the postage again to have the items re-delivered.However, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery, just in case there is a delay with the Royal Mail service.

Back Orders
The majority of items on our website are in stock, unless indicated. If you have ordered and item and it is not in stock, we will try and order it for you and it will usually take 7 days to reach us. You will always be e:mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where applicable.

Credit Card Security
All credit card/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and sent directly to Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group) for the complete transaction. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
Essential Oils Online Ltd offer a 'No Quibble Money-back Guarantee' and will offer a full refund on all products purchased if you contact us with 7 days of delivery and then return the products within the agreed time-frame. Any items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not be able to refund your postage in these circumstances.

All our oils are guaranteed 100% pure and unadulterated and are certificated from the suppliers. We therefore assure your satisfaction and offer our products with a 7 day refund policy as shown below.

If, in the unlikely event, you feel the oils or any of our products are not the high quality you were expecting, please contact us by e:mail, within 14 days of delivery and explain your reasons. We will look into the matter immediately and always endeavour to replace the product or refund your money in full. However, the item would need to be returned within the set time frame and as originally packaged (unfortunately, we would not normally be able to refund your return postage in this instance). Your statutory rights would not be affected.

Privacy Policy
Essential Oils Online Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
