Firstly, thanks for providing a very efficient online ordering service for Essential Oils - I have used your services a couple of times now and am very pleased with it.
Secondly, in the order I have just received was a slip saying that suggestions from customers are welcome so I thought I'd drop you a note with an idea:
Instead of polystyrene bits as packing, have you looked into using more environmentally friendly packaging for the bottles - maybe scrunched up brown paper could do the job? That way more of your packaging would be recyclable / compostable. I realise the main priority is keeping the bottles intact in transit but if it could also be more environmentally friendly that would be great.

"We have been looking at this and are currently using the "wotsit" style packaging which I'm pleased to say is bio-degradeable and can be composted. If the packaging you received is different to this (flat polystyrene type) that is packaging which we have recycled from goods we have received, so again trying to do our bit for the environment. I have been thinking of a way that we can let the customers know this, so customers like yourself, can recycle the loose fill if possible. As you've sent in an e:mail it proves that our customers are concerned and I will try and add a piece of text on the reverse of the compliment slips to advise about the packaging." |

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the quick and prompt delivery and also the good quality oils and flower waters I ordered from you.
Nowadays, I'm not sure about the real quality and ingredients of any natural products, but what I received as Avocado oil smells really like vegetable, and looks green-natural and I guess for me that means good quality.
I will definitely order more from you as soon as I've used these as I love the old type chemist looking blue bottles and the more affordable prices as well.

I am writing to say a big thank you for donating 15 bottles of massage oil for our London Marathon Post Race Reception on 22 April 2007.
It was such a great help and we were able to provide all of our masseurs who had volunteered their day with their own bottle of oil to use and we were able to provide most of our runners with a well earned leg massage after they had run 26.2 miles. We are hoping to raise over £200,000 from this years race and our Post Race Reception is the perfect way to thank our runners for all of their hard work and commitment.
We have had such great feedback from our runners, for example ‘I was overwhelmed when walking into the reception at just how many of us there were for this great cause and the warm welcome was another joy. I must also thank the lady who massaged me so thoroughly as I have no doubt it is what helped me recover so quickly - I was back at work and painless on Tuesday morning’. We are extremely grateful for your help in enabling us to provide such an excellent reception.

I am an aroma-therapist and just about to start my own business from home. I have been looking at suppliers and I am very impressed with everything about your site. I find your safety information excellant. The times I have bought oils such as rosemary from health shops and been given no advice as to the dangers of this oil. As you know it is very risky for use if epileptic or in the early weeks of pregnancy. I instantly feel that I can trust everything about your site.

Just wanted to thank you for the parcel which arrived safely today. It was VERY well packaged and all the items intact. Service good. Took about a week from order to arrival. Presentation of lovely blue bottles very nice indeed. Bottles will be useful after empty, just because of the colour. Oils smell gorgeous as I knew they would, as I have been a long term user of essential oils for many different applications. I will definately order from you again in the future.

Hi There,
I would like to thank you for the speedy delivery of my order.
The quality of your products is excellent, and a testament to the positive effects of aromatherapy.
I will definitely be buying again.
My son's skin is red, dry, itchy, flakey, cracked and weeping, and is all over his body. A week of doctor prescribed bath emollient and hydrating gel did nothing to relieve it, (in fact it got a little worse).
I received my order at 7.30am on Tuesday. By 7.30pm same day there was a dramatic improvement in his condition. By Wednesday afternoon I would say that there was a 25% improvement. Today I would say it's closer to 50%, and that's no lie. He's no longer cracked and weeping. He's stopped scratching as much, so I guess the itch has lessened. He's still red, dry and flakey but we can't expect miracles.
I have been using one drop of lavender and roman chamomile in 15ml of sweet almond oil lightly rubbed in every 4hrs and sprayed over with aloe vera juice.
The added benefit is that my hyper-active daughter has noticably calmed down.

The shea and cocoa butters sound fab, it will be lovely to make my own creams, I don't suppose you know roughly how much they will be, and what they will come in container wise do you? I have to say the cobalt blue bottles and jars do look very posh! So much nicer than the amber ones!
