Borage Oil, Natural (Borago Officinalis)
	Borage Oil is very versatile and is extremely rich in fatty acids (especially GLA), minerals and vitamins. With its high GLA content it is soothing and comforting during menstruation. Suitable for all skin types, particularly dry, mature and scarred skin. It is also helpful for overheated and irritated skin. Borage oil is a rich, greeny-yellow coloured oil and is best used with a lighter carrier oil such as sweet almond oil. The shelf-life of this oil is approximately 6 months.
