Delivery Options

Essential Oils Online Ltd will deliver to Mainland Britain only (excluding any islands), please see the note below.

We have three delivery options at present, please read these before calling about delivery times.

Our Express Courier option - From £3.95 - This is a tracked courier service, using APC couriers (they may have a different local name). This service is a 24 hour courier service and the item will be sent the same day if the order is receivied before 10am (or sent the parcel the NEXT WORKING DAY, if the order is received after 10am) (eg, if it is received Thursday morning at 10.30am it will be sent on Friday and be delivered on Monday between 8am and 5.30pm).

Our Economy Courier option - From £3.50 or free for orders over £50 (excluding VAT). Your order is sent in 3-5 working days.

For all courier deliveries, it is a tracked service and a signature is required (unless special instructions are passed to us when placing the order, eg, "if out, please leave with neighbour" or "please leave in porch/garage").

Please note the courier service does not deliver to the Scottish Highlands with the following postcodes AB37,38,41 to 56, FK19-21, IV1-37,40,63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH15-26,30-41,50.

Royal Mail 1st class - From £3.50 - For a fast service other than the courier. We will send the order within 2 working days. Royal Mail will then usually deliver the item within 1-3 working days after that.
Please note, this is not a tracked service and items are only insured up to £30.00.

Royal Mail Economy - From £2.95 - For non-urgent deliveries. These orders will be sent by 2nd class post in approximately 7 working days. Being 2nd class it can then take approximately 2-5 days to be delivered, after that. Again this is not a tracked service and the items are only insured up to £30.00.

If your order is over £50 (excluding VAT) the delivery is free and we will usually send the order to you by our Economy Courier service in 3-5 days. If you would prefer us to send it by Royal Mail post, please e:mail us to let us know.

IMPORTANT: We no longer send orders over the sea due to the tighter restrictions on liquids and the many damages that have occurred for these orders - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
